Senior vs Faculty Game

The senior high-faculty game is coming up quickly. The senior high team will take on some of the faculty members here at Star City High School.The game will be held in the gym on Friday, May 12 at 2:40pm.The tickets are 2 dollars and they can be purchased from Coach Rowland. The seniors have put up quite the fight over the past few years and the faculty team has had some switch ups on their players.

Last year new player Robert Berus was added to the faculty team, being the new guy on the block he was still able to drain a few buckets. The faculty team is hoping to keep the momentum going this year and take the win over the senior high team. The seniors lost a couple of key players who graduated last year so it will be exciting to see how the new team is able to perform against the existing faculty team.

feel that there will be a great turn out from the student body. They all get excited when there is only a few seconds left and a few points separating the two teams. All the proceeds of the game go to the basketball team fund for next year. The team will use the money to aid in equipment and travel expenses in the upcoming season. It takes enough funding and the right support system behind you to be successful. With all the support the basketball team has within our school I am sure they will raise all the funding they will need. Hope to see you there!
